Job Title: Application Development Lead

Location: Hyderabad, India (Full-time, on-site)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled Application Development Lead to lead our team of developers in building innovative mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, with expertise in modern technologies such as ReactJS, React Native, NodeJS, NextJS, Redis, Google Cloud, and Stripe.

As a seasoned skilled with 10+ years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the team, making architectural decisions, and driving the development process to deliver high-quality applications.

Responsibilities

- Lead a Team of Developers: Oversee and manage a team of developers in building mobile and web applications.
- Technical Leadership: Collaborate with other technical leaders to make strategic architectural decisions that align with business objectives.
- Application Development: Build both mobile and web applications, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
- Team Management: Mentor, coach, and guide team members in their professional development and growth.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ReactJS, React Native, NodeJS, NextJS, Redis,



Google Cloud, and Stripe technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product management, and QA to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

- Experience: 10+ years of experience in application development, preferably leading a team.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in ReactJS, React Native, NodeJS, NextJS, Redis, Google Cloud, and Stripe technologies. Experience with mobile and web application development.
- Portfolio: At least 2 live applications (mobile and web) that demonstrate technical expertise and leadership skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.

Need To Have

- Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Knowledge of containerization using Docker.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and principles.
