Required Skills & Experience

- 5-10years of professional Android development (commercial apps or largescale projects).
- Proficiency in Kotlin (1.5) and solid background in Java (4).
- Solid grasp of Android Jetpack components (Lifecycle, Navigation, Paging, Room, Data-

Store).
- Experience with architectural patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture or MVI.
- Comfortable with asynchronous programming (Coroutines, Flow, Rx-Java).
- Knowledge of dependency injection frameworks (Dagger/Hilt, Koin).
- Ability to write unit and UI tests and to work with CI tools (GitHub Actions, Bit-rise,

Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with Google Play Console, app signing, and staged rollouts.
- Good problemsolving skills; able to debug across multiple Android versions and device configurations.
- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.





Preferred / NicetoHave Skills

- Handson experience with Jetpack Compose for declarative UI.
- Experience in modular Gradle builds and multimodule project structures.
- Exposure to Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) or other crossplatform solutions.
- Familiarity with Firebase services (Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging).
- Understanding of security best practices (encrypted storage, ProGuard/R8 rules).
- Contributions to opensource Android libraries or active participation in Android community events.
- Hands on experience on Android NDK Native. Knowledge about .so file and their integration
