About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Anaplan Model Builder with 35 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Anaplan models that support enterprise planning and business performance management. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, hands-on Anaplan development experience, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, enhance, and maintain Anaplan models and applications.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions.
- Develop modules, lists, dashboards, UX pages, actions, and workflows.
- Optimize model performance following Anaplan best practices.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, sales planning, and operational planning processes.
- Perform data integration using Anaplan Connect, APIs, or ETL tools.
- Troubleshoot model issues and provide timely production support.
- Collaborate with business users, solution architects, and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct model testing, validation, and deployment activities.




- Prepare technical documentation and provide end-user support and training when required.

Required Skills:

- 35 years of hands-on experience in Anaplan Model Building.
- Robust knowledge of Anaplan architecture, model design, and data hubs.
- Experience with model optimization and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan UX, dashboards, modules, lists, and actions.
- Knowledge of Data Integration using Anaplan Connect, APIs, or ETL tools.
- Understanding of Financial Planning, Workforce Planning, Sales Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Anaplan Model Builder Certification (Level 1/Level 2/Certified Model Builder).
- Experience integrating Anaplan with ERP or CRM platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or Workday.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other scripting languages is an added advantage.
- Experience working with enterprise planning and analytics solutions.
