As an Anaplan Model Builder, you will design, develop, optimize, and support scalable planning models that drive critical business decisions across the organization.

Your Impact

You will partner with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to translate complex planning requirements into highly performant and scalable Anaplan solutions. You will play a critical role in enabling connected planning capabilities that improve agility, forecasting accuracy, and business performance.

What You'll Do

- Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models supporting financial, workforce, sales, supply chain, and operational planning.
- Translate business requirements into scalable multidimensional models.
- Develop modules, lists, hierarchies, dashboards, UX pages, actions, and calculations.
- Implement model-building best practices including DISCO methodology and Planual standards.
- Configure imports, exports, integrations, and data synchronization processes.
- Optimize model performance, reduce sparsity, and improve calculation efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve model, data, and process issues.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and production releases.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects,



Product Owners, and business teams during solution design.
- Maintain technical documentation, model documentation, and process guides.
- Manage model security, selective access, roles, and workspace administration.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and release planning.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and platform adoption.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related discipline.
- 38 years of professional experience with 2+ years of hands-on Anaplan model building experience.
- Certified Anaplan Model Builder certification.
- Experience building enterprise-scale Anaplan solutions.

- Robust understanding of

- Lists and Hierarchies

- Modules and Line Items

- Versions and Time

- UX Pages and Dashboards

- Actions and Processes

- ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)

- Selective Access and Security

- Experience with formulas including

- LOOKUP

- SUM

- SELECT

- TIMESUM

- IF THEN ELSE
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Level 2 or Level 3 Anaplan certification.
- Experience in Finance, FP&A;,



Sales Planning, Workforce Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.
- Knowledge of integration platforms such as Informatica, MuleSoft, Boomi, or APIs.
- Exposure to Python, SQL, or ETL tools.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Knowledge of Connected Planning architecture.
