Responsibilities

Understand and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Perform assurance program with ongoing checks on sales processes.

Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of operational procedures and policies.

Generate and analyze reports on operational performance for management review.

Evaluate and revise operations and procedures in response to organizational change.

Streamline and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency.

Maintain strict confidentiality.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

2-3 years of prior experience in operations roles, with a focus on Order-To-Cash (OTC) process.





Flexible to work with global offices across several time zones.

Required Skills

Follow the SOP and perform assurance tasks.

Proficiency in Excel.

Contract interpretation.

Preferred Skills

Solid communication skills, especially with offshore stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Quick learner.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
