Key Responsibilities

Operational &

- Transactional Activities

- Review, validate, and process facilities and maintenance-related work orders in a timely and accurate manner.

- Create and manage projects and purchase orders (POs) as per defined processes and SLAs.

- Monitor PO status, work execution, and service completion.

- Ensure proper documentation, system updates, and closure of work orders.

- Handle high-volume transactional processing while maintaining quality and compliance.

Quality &
- Compliance

- Perform internal quality audits on completed transactions to ensure adherence to SOPs and process controls.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardization of processes.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and client expectations.

Stakeholder &
- Lead Support

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams as required.

- Assist with workload distribution and daily / weekly reports

- Contribute to process documentation, SOP updates, and best practices.

Required Skills &
- Competencies

- Strong understanding of facilities and maintenance domain processes.





- Proven experience in GBS/shared services transactional environments.

- Ability to handle high-volume transactional work with accuracy and efficiency.

- Robust analytical, reporting, and data-tracking skills.

- Good working knowledge of ERP/work order management systems (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow - preferred).

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Education &
- Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (preferred).

- 3-6 years of relevant experience in facilities, maintenance operations, or GBS/shared services.

- Hands-on experience in operational transaction processing with a focus on continuous improvement and value-added support.
