Responsibilities

- Licensing &
- Compliance Operations - Manage end-to-end processing of business licenses, permits, registrations, and renewals.

- Compliance Operations - Track license expiration dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid penalties or operational disruptions.

- Compliance Operations - Maintain accurate and up-to-date licensing records, documentation, and databases.

- Financial &

- Accounting Support - Process licensing-related invoices, payments, fee tracking, and reconciliation activities.

- Accounting Support - Maintain accurate financial records associated with licensing expenses and renewals.

- Accounting Support - Support accrual tracking, payment validations, and budget-related reporting where applicable.

- Financial &

- Accounting Support - Coordinate with Finance and Accounts Payable teams to ensure timely processing and resolution of discrepancies.

- Data Accuracy &

- Reporting - Ensure high levels of data integrity, accuracy, and completeness across licensing systems and trackers.

- Data Accuracy &

- Reporting - Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership and business stakeholders.

- Data Accuracy &

- Reporting - Perform audits and validations to identify gaps,



inconsistencies, or compliance risks.

- Data Accuracy &

- Reporting - Support internal and external audit requests with required documentation and evidence.

- Stakeholder Coordination - Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and external agencies/vendors for documentation and approvals.

- Stakeholder Coordination - Respond to business queries related to licensing status, renewals, and compliance requirements.

- Stakeholder Coordination - Escalate risks, delays, or compliance concerns proactively.

- Process Excellence - Follow established SOPs, controls, and governance processes with solid attention to detail.

- Process Excellence - Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, standardization, and automation.

- Process Excellence - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Licensing function.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience in Licensing

- Experience in licensing operations, compliance support, finance operations, AP, audit support, or shared services preferred.

- Exposure to ERP systems, workflow tools, or compliance platforms is an advantage.
