Responsibilities

- Effectively manage data and systems;
- Maintain and take responsibility for the leasing market database and the ongoing upkeep of its accuracy;
- Liaise with various stakeholders across the JLL business nationally (leasing , tenant representation, valuations, property and asset; management, and research) to ensure accurate real time record keeping.
- Assist the established leasing business in daily operations.;
- Cross-check and verify system data on a regular basis;
- Identify gaps in data and help source information to ensure the accuracy of the leasing market database;
- Work with the JLL Research team and internal stakeholders to innovate our leasing materials client facing systems.

Employee experience & qualifications

- Graduation (B.A., BBA, B.Com) with 0-2 years equivalent work experience in data/research/operations related profile
- Tertiary education (Commerce, Finance or Real Estate background preferred)
- Work experience in a corporate environment desirable
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and knowledge of the Commercial Property market is desirable.
