Duties & responsibilities

- Resolve Tier 1 queries and transactions related to Cornerstone-Learning &
- Development module

- Creating/Modifying Events and Sessions

- Updating Rosters post evaluating & analysing the source data

- Managing login issues in Cornerstone

- Managing Cornerstone reports request from employees and stakeholders

- Managing Trainer/Admin access for users post evaluating the request and approval metrics

- Managing publishing/modification of online courses, contents of different type like video, question bank etc.

- Creating groups and learning assignment/proxy enrolment

- Demonstrate proficiency in Learning &

- Development module and standard operating procedures

- Communicate and guide employees using available resources to resolve the query/issue

- Adhere to and demonstrate high proficiency in agreed KPIs, SLAs, and customer service standards

- Assist with data correction or escalate to HR Specialist, specifically for issues that cannot be resolved through self-service

- Managing semi-functional/technical issues in Cornerstone including but not limited to training, report generation/curriculum

- Escalate complex queries to appropriate owner (inside or outside of L&D; partner)

- Ability to challenge the status quo and to continually improve the customer and stakeholders experience

- Leading client calls and meetings and capturing the minutes

- Development practices and processes

- Understanding of design, development, implementation, and evaluation of instructional materials, including e-learning content and procedure manuals.

- Experience of working with US/UK teams preferable

- Flexible with night shift or late evening shift

- Good interpersonal communication, written, verbal, and presentation skills

- Knowledge of PeopleSoft/Workday HR environment would be added advantage

- Demonstrated hands-on experience in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Employee specification

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related field

- 1-3 years of overall experience in L&D; and minimum 1-2 years with Cornerstone system - Learning &
- Development in client services role preferred
