Role Description

Deliverend-to-end Contract Management support by drafting, negotiating low-to-mediumcomplexity contracts, and meet daily delivery commitments while ensuringcompliance, client satisfaction, and seamless collaboration through effectivecommunication and teamwork.

Key Result Areas:

Contract Management

- `Draft, review and negotiate low-to-mediumcomplexity contractsincluding NDAs, SOWs, MSAswith a focus on accuracy,turnaround time risk coverage. `
- `Maintain a >98% quality score in internalreviews, and deliver within agreed SLAs . `

Compliance Benchmarking

- `Ensure contracts adhere to compliance standardsinternal checklists. `
- `Regularly review clauses against similarexecuted agreements to identify at least 1-2 improvement suggestions per month. `




- `Flag deviations accurately timely. `

Risk Analysis Mitigation

- `Identify escalate potentiallegal/commercial risks in contracts reviewed, and provide initial mitigationinputs such as alternate language, fallback clauses, etc. in alignment withplaybook and project intsructions as communicated from time-to-time. `

Client Service Orientation

- `Maintain TAT adherence according to the set SLAon contract requests and ensure zero escalations due to quality gaps. `
- `Exhibit proactive communication and timelyupdates to clients or internal stakeholders as per engagement norms. `

Delivery Ownership

- `Independently manage assigned tasks withminimal supervision, ensuring zero overdue tasks (unless escalated with validreasoning). `
- `Display accountability by flagging risks/delaysearly and updating task trackers daily. `

Team Collaboration Support

- `Actively support team deliverables, step induring high-volume periods, and participate in at least 1 knowledge-sharing orbuddy activity/quarter. `
- `Provide timely inputs when consulted by peersor seniors. `
