Duties &

Responsibilities

Content Management

Work with the bid support team members in collating bid documents and select content, and update our online bid repositories

Scan JLL’s internal sources for new published content, and source information relevant for our team, and also inform the team about such updates

Develop trackers for collated content, project trackers, monthly calendars – to support the functioning of the bid-response team

Bid Support

Save client documents in new folders, and share the details with the bid team

Fill bid questionnaires with JLL company information, saved in our bid repository

Format CVs of JLL colleagues – to submit as part of the bid response

Team Initiatives

Review team’s shared drives, MS Teams sites, SharePoint sites for expired content, and reach out to select SPOCs for latest information, and update the online portals

Support in various team initiatives by updating team’s reports, PowerPoint slides, plan team meetings, etc.

Key Skills

Excellent written and spoken English

Reading and writing comprehension ability (such as writing articles, emails, brief reports)

Functional knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel





Employee Specification

Post-Graduate or Graduate, with excellent academic credentials

Economics, Business, or Commerce backgrounds are preferred
