Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Professional with 2-3 years of Order-to-Cash (OTC) experience to support the Business Development Insights & Enablement (BD I&E;) team. The role involves operational assurance, process compliance, reporting, documentation management, and stakeholder collaboration across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform assurance checks on sales and operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Generate and analyze operational performance reports.
- Maintain operational documentation and process records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally.
- Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Interpret contracts and ensure adherence to defined procedures.
- Handle confidential business information with integrity.

Required Skills Must-Have Technical Skills:

- Experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.




- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Contract interpretation and documentation review.
- Ability to follow SOPs and perform assurance tasks.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant operations experience.
- Comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones.
