Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst (Architecture) to support architectural design reviews for remodel and reinvestment projects. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and prototype standards while coordinating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in tracking review comments, maintaining documentation, and supporting drawing reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency across projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Review architectural designs for remodel and renovation (reinvestment) projects to ensure alignment with defined requirements and standards.
- Verify compliance with brand guidelines, prototype designs, and design standards.
- Coordinate closely with Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams.
- Track and manage design review comments, change requests, and approvals across multiple projects.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in drawings and deliverables.
- Perform detailed reviews of Working Drawings and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, design records, and trackers.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and updates for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of design review and documentation processes.
- Assist in quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC)



activities for design deliverables.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Experience in retail design projects is required; exposure to commercial projects is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience in remodel / renovation projects is an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of Working Drawings and GFC drawings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, track review cycles, and handle concurrent change requests.
- Experience in design documentation, QA/QC, and drawing reviews.
- Familiarity with multidisciplinary coordination (Architecture + MEP teams).
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, including reviewing and marking drawing errors.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience supporting retail or commercial building projects.
- Familiarity with prototype-driven design standards and brand compliance processes.
- Exposure to project management tools and document control systems.
- Understanding of design review workflows and construction documentation processes.
