Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong Microsoft technology background to lead the successful delivery of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in .NET technologies, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure, along with expertise in Agile project management, stakeholder communication, and technical solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project delivery, from requirement gathering to deployment and post-production support.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning.
- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Review solution architecture and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, coding best practices, and delivery processes.
- Manage client communication,



status reporting, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, DevOps, and Business Analysts.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong experience in Microsoft .NET technologies (.NET Core/.NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC/Web API)
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online/On-Premises and Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Positive understanding of Azure Cloud Services.
- Experience with SQL Server and database design.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is an advantage.
