About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and AI-savvy Marketing Content Creator who is excited to build and execute content strategies that drive organic growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching, writing, planning, and creating high-quality content across multiple channels. You'll work closely with the leadership team to support content marketing, thought leadership, brand awareness, website updates, SEO, GEO, AEO, analytics, and organic marketing initiatives.

This role is based in GIFT City, Gandhinagar.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and execute content marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Research industry trends, customer pain points, competitors, and emerging topics to identify content opportunities.
- Create blogs, articles, newsletters, website content, case studies, social media posts, and thought leadership content.
- Plan, coordinate, and repurpose content from podcasts, webinars, customer interviews, and industry events.




- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
- Support website content updates and implement basic SEO, GEO, and AEO best practices.
- Execute organic marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, the website, newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Monitor website, search, and content performance, preparing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Research and experiment with AI tools to improve content creation and marketing workflows.
- Coordinate with design, product, sales, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging across all content and marketing initiatives.

Requirements
