Position: Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. This is a fixed day shift role where you will communicate with business representatives and government authorities across different countries. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in expanding or establishing their businesses internationally by coordinating with the relevant government departments.

No prior experience in international business processes is required. Comprehensive training, process knowledge, and call scripts will be provided to ensure you can perform your role confidently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with international business representatives and government authorities via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist clients with business expansion and company registration-related processes.
- Coordinate with relevant government departments to facilitate client requirements.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.




- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer requests and concerns.
- Follow company processes, compliance guidelines, and communication standards.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: MBA (Freshers Can Apply)
- Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
