Job Title: Support Engineer(US)

Location: Ahmedabad

Working Days: 5 Days ( 4 Days from office, 1 day from home)

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM-3 :30 AM

Role & responsibilities

- Investigate and resolve Tier-2 production support issues.
- Debug applications using C#, .NET, SQL Server, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Analyze logs, perform safe database fixes, and troubleshoot application issues.
- Contribute code fixes and collaborate with Engineering teams.
- Provide technical support for API integrations and customer escalations.
- Utilize AI tools (Claude/Copilot) to improve troubleshooting and resolution efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3+ years of experience in Technical/Application or Production Support.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
- Valuable understanding of Git, CI/CD, JSON/XML, and production databases.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to Angular/Vue.js and AI tools (Claude/Copilot) is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in the US shift.
