Key Responsibilities

We required someone from an apparel brand or reputed buying house. (someone from buyer side not from factory or manufacturing plant side)

- Manage and track the T&A; calendar from order placement to shipment.
- Monitor production milestones, identify delays, and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with garment factories, fabric mills, and trim suppliers for smooth production.
- Follow up on tech packs, approvals, and production status.
- Manage the complete sampling process (Proto, Fit, Size Set, PP & TOP samples).
- Ensure fabric, trims, and accessories are available before bulk production.
- Assist in fabric, trim, and garment costing.
- Maintain BOM and update ERP/PLM records.
- Required Skills

- 35 years of merchandising experience in an Apparel Brand or Buying House.
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Production, Fashion Technology, or related field.
- Robust knowledge of garment production, T&A; management, fabrics, trims, garment construction, and lead times.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP/PLM.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
