We are looking for an experienced Printing Operator to operate and maintain Gravure and Offset Printing Machines while ensuring high-quality print output, production efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate Gravure and Offset printing machines as per production schedules.
- Set up printing machines, adjust machine parameters, and monitor print quality throughout production.
- Ensure accurate color matching, print registration, and defect-free printing.
- Perform machine troubleshooting and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns.
- Conduct routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Minimize material wastage and optimize machine productivity.
- Follow SOPs, GMP, and all EHS (Workplace, Health & Safety) guidelines.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and quality documentation.
- Work closely with the Quality and Production teams to achieve production targets.

Required Skills





- Hands-on experience with Gravure Printing and/or Offset Printing machines.
- Strong understanding of printing processes, inks, substrates, and color control.
- Knowledge of machine setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to identify and resolve printing defects efficiently.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and quality standards will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Gravure or Offset Printing operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Gujarat Domicile is mandatory.
- Experience in the packaging, printing, or FMCG manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Team player with a proactive approach and commitment to quality.
