Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of Field Collection Executives.
- Ensure monthly collection and recovery targets are achieved.
- Monitor field visits and customer follow-ups.
- Coach and motivate the team to improve recovery performance.
- Handle high-value delinquent accounts and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
- Conduct audits, review collection cases, and maintain MIS.
- Organize daily team meetings (huddles) and training sessions.
Candidate Profile
- 25 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Sales, Operations, or Customer Service.
- Experience handling a field team is preferred.
- Valuable leadership and people management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with field operations.
