Job Summary: Switchgear and Control Techniques Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering and experience in sales of panel and switchgear products. This role requires a solid understanding of electrical systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets for switchgear and control panel products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electrical panel and switchgear market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers regarding product applications and solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and reports.




- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product visibility and reach.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote products and services.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in sales, specifically in panel sales and switchgear products.
- Ready to travel to the job location.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, products, and applications.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP software, and Salesforces.
