Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end commercial underwriting process from policy issuance to claims settlement.

- Review and analyze risk profiles of clients, including financial statements, industry trends, and market conditions.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, agents, and internal teams.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the underwriting process.

- Identify opportunities for growth by upselling or cross-selling relevant insurance products.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in Commercial Underwriting or related field (Insurance Underwriting).

- Strong understanding of Property Underwriting, Marine Underwriting,



General Liability Insurance, Skilled Indemnity Insurance, Directors & Officers Liability Insurance etc. .

- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.

- Effective communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
