Key Responsibilities

Admissions Management

- Develop and implement annual admission strategies to achieve enrollment goals.
- Lead and manage the admissions team, ensuring effective counseling and conversion of prospective students.
- Monitor the complete admission lifecycle, from inquiry generation to enrollment.
- Ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements during the admission process.
- Analyze admission data, conversion rates, and market trends to improve performance.
- Prepare periodic admission reports and forecasts for senior management.

Outreach & Business Development

- Design and execute outreach programs across schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations.
- Establish strategic partnerships with educational institutions, corporate organizations, and industry bodies.
- Organize seminars, career guidance sessions, education fairs, webinars, and campus engagement activities.
- Develop initiatives to increase brand awareness and student engagement in target markets.




- Identify current markets and opportunities for student recruitment.

Marketing & Branding

- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to execute admission campaigns.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and online lead generation.
- Represent the university at education fairs, conferences, and promotional events.
- Ensure consistent communication of the university's value proposition.

Stakeholder Management

- Build strong relationships with students, parents, school principals, counselors, and education partners.
- Coordinate with academic departments regarding program updates and admission requirements.
- Address admission-related queries and resolve escalations effectively.

Team Leadership

- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate admissions and outreach staff.
- Set KPIs and monitor team performance.
- Foster a high-performance, student-centric work culture.
