Role & responsibilities

- Manage receiving, storage, inventory, dispatch, and warehouse documentation.
- Ensure proper handling of solar modules, inverters, cables, structures, transformers, and related materials.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through ERP (SAP preferred) and regular stock audits.
- Coordinate material dispatches and logistics for project sites.
- Work closely with Procurement, Projects, Planning, Finance, Quality, and Site Teams.
- Manage warehouse staff, contract labor, transporters, and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, EHS, and warehouse SOPs.
- Prepare MIS reports, inventory reports, and stock reconciliation reports.
- Support project sites through warehouse audits and material management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Certification/Diploma in Warehouse or Inventory Management will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Gujarat-based candidate.
- Experience in Solar EPC warehouse operations preferred.
- Experience managing large warehouses and multiple project sites.
- Willingness to travel across Gujarat and other project locations.
- Solid leadership, integrity, and coordination skills.
