Job Summary
To Look-after, Repair & Maintain Entire HVAC Systems and its Equipment in Healthy working condition in Hospital.
Job Responsibilities
- To Operate, Maintain & Repair all HVAC System i.e. VRV System - Indoor & Outdoor units, DX Type AHU System -AHU Units & outdoor units, TFA units, Ventilation Systems.
- To Operate, Maintain & Repair of the entire Exhaust Systems and Clean their diffusers & grills.
- To Operate & Maintain of OTs, CATH-Labs and with respect to Humidity, Temperature as per the requirement.
- To clean all filters & Grills and also drainage system of AHU’s, Indoor units, FCU’s as per the PM schedule.
- To Check & Maintain Cooling tower & it’s Pump-sets.
