- MERN Stack Developer (1-6 Years Experience)

- Work Schedule: 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)

Our technology is fast-moving and continuously evolving, and we are looking for passionate engineers who can build robust, scalable solutions while maintaining high standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js, MySQL, and MongoDB
- Build and manage data models, business logic, and database interactions using ORM frameworks
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver end-to-end product features
- Optimize applications and services for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining clean, high-quality code standards
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently
- Work with infrastructure, logging, and monitoring tools such as AWS, Grafana, and related technologies when required

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 1–6 years of experience in backend or full-stack development
- Solid proficiency in Node.js and Express.js
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, MVC architecture, and software design principles
- Experience working with MySQL and/or MongoDB
- Hands-on experience with ORM tools such as Sequelize or Mongoose
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
- Understanding of AWS Lambda or other serverless technologies
- Comfortable using Git, Linux CLI, and debugging tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in early-stage startups or product-based companies
- Exposure to SaaS products and scalable application development
- Interest in influencer marketing, creator economy, or MarTech platforms
