Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Manager Finance to manage day-to-day accounting operations at our manufacturing facility in Chhatral. The role involves handling purchase accounting, customer invoicing, inventory accounting, fixed asset accounting, statutory compliance support, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing accounts and be comfortable working closely with Production, Stores, Purchase, Logistics, and Corporate Finance teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day plant accounting, including purchase invoice booking and expense accounting in ERP.
- Prepare customer invoices, E-Invoices, and E-Way Bills while ensuring GST compliance.
- Verify Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and vendor invoices for accurate processing.
- Maintain inventory records, perform stock reconciliations, and support physical stock verification.




- Handle petty cash management and maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR).
- Support statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, TCS, and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare Daily MIS reports and maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Logistics, and Corporate Finance teams for smooth financial operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- 1-3 years of experience in Manufacturing Accounts
- Experience in plant accounting will be preferred.

Technical Skills

- ERP knowledge (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / Tally Prime or equivalent)
- MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting)
- MS Word
- Basic PowerPoint
