About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that solve real-world business problems. The ideal candidate should have solid Python programming skills, hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI automation, and modern machine learning frameworks.

You will work on building scalable AI applications, intelligent automation, document processing systems, chatbots, and enterprise AI solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications.
- Build production-ready applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based AI systems.
- Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI models into business applications.
- Design AI-powered chatbots, document intelligence, and workflow automation solutions.
- Build and optimize AI pipelines using Python.
- Work with Vector Databases for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
- Fine-tune prompts and optimize LLM performance.
- Ensure AI applications are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient.




- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve AI applications.

Must Have Skills

- 4+ years of experience in Python development.
- Strong experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
- Experience in building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications.
- Knowledge of OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude API, Google Gemini API, or Azure OpenAI.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Milvus, or Weaviate.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend development.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with n8n, Make.com, or AI workflow automation.
- Knowledge of Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI services.
- Experience in OCR, Document AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Experience with evaluation frameworks for LLM applications.
- Exposure to enterprise domains like HRMS, Healthcare, Banking, Finance, or Legal AI.
