We are hiring of Executive-Business Development (Tender) for our corporate office located at Ahmedabad

Education:- B.E / B.Tech (Civil / Mech / Ele / Any stream)

Location:- Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Salary:- 2.50 LPA- 4.50 LPA (Depends on Current Salary)

Experience: 1-5 Years (Relevant Bidding / Tendering experience)

Role & responsibilities

- Identification of tenders from e procurement portals (Eproc, Nproc, GeM, other procurement sites, etc) & private clients
- Downloading of tenders, maintain records of tenders, preparation of lists of tenders and further process for Go-No Go decisions as per eligibility criteria.
- Prepare and compile technical & commercial proposal for respective tenders and compliance files as per tender requirements.




- Preparation of submission formats, CVs & other details as per format given in tender.
- Maintain checklist and ensure all documents are complete before submission.
- Assist in online tender uploading, submission, and acknowledgement processes.
- Prepare MIS reports, tender status reports, and performance summaries for management.
- Document controlling, correspondences and maintaining records, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

- Valuable in Communication
- Working experience of Bidding or tendering for Infrastructure project is added advantage
