Position Title: QA Lead / Senior QA Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in both Manual and Knowledge on automation testing across Web and Mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving quality assurance processes, leading QA initiatives, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products in an Agile workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance Testing

- Lead and oversee all aspects of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).
- Ensure proper implementation of QA processes, standards, and metrics.
- Define and execute comprehensive test strategies for Web and Mobile applications.
- Translate business requirements into detailed test cases and test scripts with maximum test coverage.
- Ensure the overall quality of deliverables and project releases.
- Review test plans, test cases, and automation scripts created by team members.

Agile Project Collaboration

- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Lead Agile planning activities from a QA perspective.
- Provide effort estimations, task planning, and progress tracking for QA activities.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders.




- Drive automation adoption and improve test coverage through automation best practices.

Team Leadership

- Hire, train, mentor, and guide QA team members.
- Establish quality standards and promote best testing practices across the team.
- Foster a quality-first culture within the organization.

Database Testing

- Perform database validation and backend testing.
- Create and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and business logic.

Required Skills

Testing Expertise

- Strong experience in Manual Testing (Web Mobile Applications).
- Experience in API Testing
- Knowledge on SQL

Process Methodology

- Excellent understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience in QA metrics, quality processes, and release management.
- Ability to estimate testing efforts and manage QA deliverables.

Technical Skills

- Strong SQL and Database Testing skills.
- Experience in designing and executing test strategies and test plans.
- Ability to identify, track, and manage defects throughout the software development lifecycle.

Leadership Skills

- Experience leading QA teams and mentoring team members.
- Strong ownership mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive business environment.

Communication

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
