Job Summary

We are looking for an Amazon Listing & Account Management Executive who can manage end-to-end Seller Central operations including product listing, account health, sales growth, customer communication, return handling, and review management. Candidate should have strong expertise in Helium10 for product research and keyword strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Amazon Listing & Catalog Management

- Create and manage Amazon product listings (India/USA if required)

- Optimize listings: title, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords

- Upload & manage listings using:

- Flat file / bulk upload

- Variation creation (size/color/pack etc.)

- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and category guidelines

2) Account Management (Seller Central)
- Manage daily operations on Seller Central

- Monitor and maintain:

- Account Health

- Order Defect Rate (ODR)

- Cancellation rate & late shipment rate

- Coordinate with internal team/vendor for stock and dispatch updates

3) Sales & Customer Management
- Handle customer queries/messages professionally

- Manage customer issues related to:

- product concerns





- delivery delays

- replacements/refunds

4) Return & Review Management
- Handle Amazon returns, refunds, and replacement cases

- Analyze return reasons and improve listing/product info

- Manage negative reviews:

- respond to reviews as per Amazon norms

- coordinate for resolution/compensation if required

- Work on improving rating and feedback score

5) Product Research & Keyword Research (Helium10)
- Use Helium10 tools for:

- Product research & competitor analysis

- Keyword research (Cerebro / Magnet)

- Listing optimization & keyword tracking

- Suggest improvements to boost organic ranking & conversion

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central

- Good understanding of:

- Listing creation, variations, A content basics

- Amazon account health and policy compliance

- Strong command on Helium10

- Return handling customer support knowledge

- Good communication skills (English Hindi preferred)

Qualification
- Graduate (any stream)

- MBA/Commerce preferred (optional)

Salary

As per experience incentives for performance (optional)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,665.28 - ₹32,631.09 per month
