Role Description The Amazon Connect Delivery Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Amazon Connect solutions for enterprise customers. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. Day-to-day activities include gathering requirements from stakeholders, creating solution architectures, leading the configuration and deployment of Amazon Connect, and integrating contact center workflows with other AWS and third-party systems.

The role involves guiding delivery teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, managing technical risks, and providing hands-on support during implementation, testing, and go-live. The architect also contributes to continuous improvement by analyzing performance metrics, recommending enhancements, and documenting reusable patterns and standards.

Qualifications





Solid experience in cloud-based contact center design and delivery, with deep knowledge of Amazon Connect architecture, configuration, and integrations.

Hands-on skills with AWS services commonly used with Amazon Connect (such as Lambda, DynamoDB, Lex, S3, CloudWatch) and RESTful APIs for system integration.

Proficiency in solution architecture and technical design documentation, including call flows, IVR design, routing strategies, and data models.

Ability to lead implementation projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Experience with telephony concepts, contact center technologies, and omnichannel customer experience (voice, chat, email, self-service, bots).

Familiarity with security, compliance, and governance practices in cloud environments, including role-based access, data protection, and monitoring.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on performance tuning and operational reliability.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; relevant AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Contact Center specialization) are an advantage.

Prior experience working in a hybrid environment and collaborating with globally distributed teams is beneficial.
