We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team in Angul, Odisha.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a focus on vendor reconciliation, invoice processing, financial reporting, and MIS.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities

- Manage vendor reconciliation, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors.
- Process invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports to provide insights into company financial performance.
- Manage vendor accounting, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist with month-end closing, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Manage project accounting,



including tracking expenses and revenues for specific projects.
- Manage site accounting, including tracking expenses and revenues for specific sites.

Requirements

- 6-10 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with vendor reconciliation, invoice processing, financial reporting, and MIS.
- Experience with vendor accounting, month-end closing, project accounting, and site accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
