Your Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize prompts for AI agents to automate a variety of administrative processes across the company Implement, test, and deploy AI agents tailored to different administrative functions (e.g., HR, finance, operations) Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into agent tasks Integrate AI agents with existing company software and data systems Monitor performance and continuously improve prompt designs for accuracy and efficiency Document workflows, automation processes, and maintain technical documentation Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to internal teams utilizing AI agents Stay updated on latest advancements in AI agent technologies and best practices, sharing learnings and recommendations with the implementation team

Your Qualifications University degree in computer science, AI, data science, software engineering or alternative training with relevant skilled experience in this field

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining AI applications or agents (e. g. RAG, MCP)





Proven experience in prompt engineering for large language models (LLMs) or generative AI technologies

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks

Sound knowledge about quality assurance methodologies for AI systems

Understanding of natural language processing (NLP)

Strong skills in API integration and cloud platforms is a plus

Ability to work with AI agent platforms

Experience with workflows or process automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Zapier, Power Automate) is a plus Excellent language, analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
