Role & responsibilities

- 69 years of experience configuring or administering Airtable or similar low-code/no-code platforms.

- Deep hands-on experience designing Airtable bases, interfaces, automations, schemas, scripts, and governance models.

- Strong understanding of workflow design, process mapping, and operational optimization.

- Experience with API usage, scripting, or integration platforms (Make, Workato, Zapier, or equivalent).

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate requirements into scalable system configurations.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience administering multi-workspace Airtable environments at enterprise scale.

- Familiarity with Airtable Enterprise features (SSO, admin panel, audit logs, and enterprise governance).

- Experience with automation, scripting (JavaScript preferred), or API orchestration.

- Background in change management, user experience design, or system rollout planning.

- Experience supporting global teams in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
