We are hiring for Air Operations & Documentation- Sr.Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 4 – 6 years

Budget: 4 – 7 Lakhs PA

Industry: Freight Forwarding Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Air, Ocean Export & Import operations, and documentation. (Note: mainly Air Export & Import)
- Coordinate with Air lines, customers, overseas agents, transporters, and internal teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Prepare and verify export/import shipping documents such as BL, invoice, packing list, checklist, etc.
- Manage Import documentation and operational activities.
- Ensure timely filing and customs compliance for export and import shipments.
- Follow up with customers and overseas agents regarding shipment status and document requirements.
- Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely updates to customers.
- Handle freight quotations and support customer service activities when required.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational procedures.
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth execution.
- filing AMS ENS / RCG.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
