Company Description: 3AV LABS is an AI Film & Sound Studio building the future of storytelling through artificial intelligence. Our work spans AI-generated films, original productions, AI influencers, and a self-paced institute dedicated to AI filmmaking, screenwriting, and sound design.

We're looking for creative individuals who understand the language of cinema and are excited to combine it with the latest AI technologies to create compelling visual experiences.

Role Overview: As an AI Vision Director, you'll transform ideas into visually compelling stories using the latest AI-powered image and video generation tools. You'll be responsible for maintaining cinematic quality throughout the creative process, from concept development and storyboarding to AI-generated shots, character consistency, visual continuity, and final delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who has either studied or has experience in filmmaking, and enjoys experimenting with emerging technologies while staying rooted in the fundamentals of visual storytelling.

Responsibilities:

- Develop visual concepts for films, advertisements, branded content, and AI influencers.
- Translate scripts into cinematic shot sequences and storyboards.
- Generate high-quality AI images and videos using modern AI tools.
- Maintain character consistency, environmental continuity, and visual identity across projects.
- Apply principles of cinematography, lighting, framing, composition, and camera movement to AI-generated content.
- Collaborate closely with writers, sound designers, editors, and creative leadership.
- Experiment with emerging AI filmmaking workflows and contribute to internal best practices.
- Organize prompts, reference assets, and project documentation.
- Continuously improve production quality and workflow efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Filmmaking, Cinematography, Visual Communication, Media Studies, Animation,



or a related discipline.

OR
- Completion of a recognised filmmaking programme or equivalent professional training.

OR
- Proven experience in the area of filmmaking.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of filmmaking fundamentals.
- Excellent knowledge of cinematography and visual storytelling.
- Understanding of camera language, lenses, framing, lighting, colour, and composition.
- Strong sense of pacing and visual rhythm.
- Storyboarding and shot planning skills.
- Experience using AI image and/or video generation platforms.
- Ability to write effective prompts and iterate efficiently.
- Strong visual problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to receive and implement creative feedback.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with tools such as Higgsfield, Midjourney, Flux, Secure Diffusion, Runway, Veo, Kling, or equivalent AI platforms. (Please note: There will be on-the-job training for the same.)
- Experience with Photoshop or similar image-editing software.
- Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
- Understanding of VFX and post-production workflows.
- Experience maintaining character consistency across long-form projects.
- Basic understanding of AI-assisted production pipelines.
