We're looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Video Creator to produce high-quality, engaging video content using the latest AI tools. If you're passionate about storytelling, social media trends, and leveraging AI to create viral content, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities 1. AI Video Creation

- Create high-quality short-form and long-form videos using AI tools.
- Transform scripts into visually engaging videos.
- Generate AI voiceovers, animations, and visual effects.
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Prompt Engineering
- Write detailed prompts for AI video generation tools.
- Optimize prompts to achieve the best visual and storytelling outcomes.
- Experiment with different AI models to improve content quality.
- Video Editing & Production
- Edit AI-generated videos using professional editing software.
- Add subtitles, transitions, music, sound effects, and motion graphics.
- Ensure smooth pacing, strong hooks, and high audience retention.
- Content Optimization
- Create videos optimized for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms.
- Design engaging thumbnails and captions.
- Stay updated with the latest content trends and AI capabilities.
- Quality Control
- Review AI-generated content for accuracy, consistency, and visual quality.
- Fix rendering issues,



lip-sync problems, and visual inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with scriptwriters, editors, and creative strategists.

Skills & Qualifications

- Experience creating AI-generated videos.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as:

- Runway

- Kling AI

- HeyGen

- Veo

- Pika

- Seedance

- Midjourney / Flux (preferred)
- ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
- Familiarity with social media content trends and viral video formats.
- Excellent English & Hindi communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a content agency, startup, or creator economy.
- Portfolio showcasing AI-generated video projects.
- Understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.

Success Metrics
- Deliver 4–6 high-quality AI videos per day.
- Meet production timelines consistently.
- Maintain high content quality and low revision rates.
- Improve video engagement, watch time, and audience retention.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance content performance.
