Role Overview The role requires strong domain knowledge across wealth operations, fund accounting, AIF regulations and Direct tax compliance, along with the ability to manage client relationships and drive process improvements.

In addition to operational responsibilities, the role involves active client engagement, commercial oversight, and team management. The candidate will coordinate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of operational processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely completion of deliverables.

This role will also include managing billing processes, following up on client collections, coordinating vendor payments to ensure operational continuity and scalability.

Working closely with internal teams to expand service offerings and strengthen long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Support AIF operations (calculation of NAV, investor reporting)
- Accounting for Asset management company
- Engage with clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders
- Calculation of realized/unrealized gain/(loss) at investor level
- Knowledge of Direct Tax for AIF
- Reconciliation of FOF realized/unrealized gain/(loss)
- Regular billing process

What Were Looking For

- Solid grounding in Capital market and AIF operations
- Strong ownership mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel, word etc.
