? We’re Hiring: AI Solutions Manager ? Location: Noida (Hybrid)

⚡ Position: Immediate Joiners Preferred 1️⃣ Position Overview Renvio is hiring an AI Solutions Manager to own the AI Suite across the client lifecycle—from analyzing client data and building a compelling AI business case to driving successful adoption. In this role, you will analyze six months of a client’s clinical data, evaluate how Renvio’s predictive models would have performed, and develop client-specific insights around hospitalization rates, anemia management, missed treatments, and other key outcomes. You will present these findings, demonstrate the value of the AI Suite, and help clients adopt AI into their day-to-day clinical workflows.

This role goes beyond implementation. You will own client adoption, ensuring AI becomes an integral part of how clinics operate. You will also support the expansion of Renvio’s AI solutions across existing clients and international markets as needed. 2️⃣ Key Responsibilities ✅ Analyze client clinical data and build AI-driven business cases.

✅ Present AI insights and recommendations to healthcare executives and clinical teams.

✅ Own AI trials, implementation, and client adoption.





✅ Drive workflow integration and ensure successful AI utilization.

✅ Generate AI opportunities within existing client accounts.

✅ Support international AI initiatives and maintain CRM activities.

✅ Collaborate closely with the US Sales team. 3️⃣ Requirements ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in a technical, clinical, or quantitative field (or equivalent experience).

✔️ 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Software, Analytics, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Customer Success.

✔️ Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and BI/Analytics tools.

✔️ Good understanding of Predictive Analytics and Generative AI.

✔️ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

✔️ Experience working with US healthcare providers is highly preferred.

✔️ Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
