About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Lead to oversee and coordinate large-scale, cross-functional development initiatives within our Data Center AI software stack. This role requires a strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple teams across different geographies and time zones.

The ideal candidate will establish effective execution cadences, facilitate transparent communication, and enable teams to deliver high-quality software predictably. Partnering closely with engineering, product management, and external stakeholders, the Program Lead will be responsible for managing scope, dependencies, risks, and releases to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the development of AI platforms that impact global industries and drive innovation in data center solutions.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in program or project management within software development environments, particularly those utilizing Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. A strong understanding of modern AI/ML software systems and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on technical dependencies and trade-offs is essential.





Candidates should have demonstrated success in planning and executing cross-functional programs involving product, engineering, QA, and operations teams, especially in distributed and multi-geography settings. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory; additional certifications in Agile methodologies (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) are preferred.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end program execution across multiple Agile teams delivering components of the AI software stack, including models, frameworks, compilers, runtimes, serving, and platform interfaces.
- Maintain and own the integrated project plan, aligning roadmaps with milestones, dependencies, capacity, risks, and delivery commitments to ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable backlogs and release plans, facilitating prioritization and trade-off discussions.
- Establish and oversee Agile operating cadences such as sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives, while driving cross-team alignment through Scrum-of-Scrum and program synchronization meetings.
- Coordinate execution efforts across distributed teams, ensuring clear ownership, dependency management, and shared definitions of readiness and completion.
- Drive release planning, scope control, and change management processes to ensure predictable delivery, stakeholder visibility, and quality standards.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve impediments proactively, tracking risks related to delivery, technical challenges, schedules,



and integrations with accountable owners and deadlines.
- Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, enabling informed decision-making and alignment without direct authority.
- Create and maintain transparent program reporting using Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-up/down charts, cycle time, throughput, and quality indicators to inform progress and confidence levels.
- Promote continuous improvement by coaching Agile practices, enhancing flow efficiency, and strengthening collaboration across teams to improve release readiness and product quality.
