Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Ai & Robotics Instructor role based in Ranchi. The instructor will design and deliver engaging lessons in AI, robotics, and STEM concepts for learners at various levels, using ROOTBASE’s smart-class content and technology tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning curriculum and modules, preparing lesson materials, conducting hands-on training sessions, and guiding learners through practical projects and experiments.

The role involves demonstrating robotics kits and AI applications, troubleshooting student projects, and integrating virtual reality or hologram content into lessons when needed. The instructor will also assess learner progress,



provide feedback, maintain classroom equipment, collaborate with academic coordinators, and participate in workshops or trainings to continuously improve teaching methods.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Robotics and STEM skills to design and deliver practical, concept-driven learning experiences.

Candidates should possess solid Programming skills (e.g., Python, C/C++, block-based coding) for building and guiding AI and robotics projects.

Candidates should possess effective Communication and Training skills to explain complex topics clearly and facilitate interactive sessions.

Candidates should possess the ability to integrate educational technology tools, such as VR or simulation platforms, into classroom activities.

Relevant experience teaching or mentoring learners in STEM, AI, or robotics, preferably in school or college settings.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, STEM Education, or a related field is preferred.

Strong problem-solving mindset, patience, and enthusiasm for working with learners of diverse backgrounds and abilities.

Willingness to stay updated with emerging trends in AI, robotics, and educational technology and apply them in teaching.
