Position Summary

The Human Resources Manager will lead the organization's HR function by aligning people strategies with business objectives. The role is responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, strengthening organizational culture, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting business growth through effective talent management and HR operations across corporate and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle, HR operations, and documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HRMIS reporting.




- Build strong employee relations and resolve workplace grievances effectively.
- Partner with department heads to support manpower planning and organizational development.
- Monitor HR metrics and recommend continuous process improvements.
- Lead and mentor the HR team while fostering a high-performance work culture.
- Support HR requirements for project sites, including manpower deployment, employee welfare, and periodic site visits.

Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Construction, Infrastructure, or Engineering will be preferred.
