Summary:As a Client Service Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of services to clients. Your typical day will involve overseeing work assignments, managing team performance, and ensuring that service delivery metrics are met. You will engage with various stakeholders to maintain high-quality standards and drive team effectiveness, while also focusing on financial management and people development within the team. Your role will require you to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure that client expectations are consistently exceeded.

- Strong understanding of system integration and data migration processes.

- Ability to design and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
