About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Key Account Manager India to drive strategic customer relationships, business growth, and market penetration across the Indian Semiconductor and Electronics Manufacturing ecosystem.

The position will be responsible for helping company’s distributors win business, developing and managing relationships with Semiconductor manufacturers, EMS companies, PCB assemblers, Electronics OEMs, and contract manufacturers.

It will encompass driving sales of the company’s products i.e. reflow soldering ovens, curing ovens, and other advanced thermal technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Driving company’s sales through distributors

- Driving company’s direct sales to end users (where distributors are not involved)

- Helping & guiding end users in Technology selection

- Driving Applications development efforts for the company





- Following-up order execution and coordinating with customers on the same

- Facilitating process development at new customers with the help of Service and Engineering team AND/OR improving existing processes at customer site

- Facilitating service team’s involvement at customer site; Highlighting customer issues and driving escalations whenever required

- Leading trade shows for the company

- Business Development & Sales Growth

- Project & Solution Selling

- Market Development

- Forecasting & Business Planning
