Role & responsibilities

1. Maintain facility compliance and records as per certification requirements.
2. Support R&D; and Production with client, product, and development documentation.
3. Assist with FSSAI licensing, product specifications, and RM/PM control.
4. Support packaging artwork, labeling, and regulatory compliance.
5. Assist new product/process development while ensuring product quality and safety.
6. Work under the QA Manager and improve product safety, stability, and food safety systems.

Preferred candidate profile

1. B.Tech/M.Tech (Food Technology), M.Sc. (Food Science), or M.Pharm. (QA).
2. 35 years of QA experience in a BRC-certified food manufacturing facility, preferably confectionery.
3. Knowledge of BRC, ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSAI, internal/external audits, RCA, CAPA, and BRC documentation.
4. Experience with export compliance (USA, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia & Australia) and FSSAI licensing/SOI preparation.
5. Robust analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
