Role & responsibilities:
- Monitor and track daily production progress at vendor facilities, ensuring adherence to the production schedule.
- Supervise shop floor production activities and resolve day-to-day production issues.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Purchase, and other internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure manufacturing is carried out as per specifications.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports, MIS, and progress trackers using Microsoft Excel.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion of production milestones and deliveries.
- Identify production delays and coordinate corrective actions to meet delivery commitments.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and manufacturing processes.
