Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage bancassurance sales performance across multiple channels, including bank branches.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase insurance penetration through cross-selling opportunities.

- Build robust relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, relationship managers, and customers.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive business growth.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to motor insurance policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in general insurance sales or bancassurance sales.

- Strong understanding of general insurance products, particularly motor insurance.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
