Role & responsibilities
RSPC has Two Divisions : One, as a Chartered Accountant firm and another Technology division where workplace & people are similar to Technology Company.
Develop HR strategy basis inputs received from Management, Transformation strategy to enhance Quality & Productivity, Align people strategy to support business goals- PMS, Workforce, Capability building.
Oversee HR activities like Talent Acquisition, Learning & development for team, Actively participate in Performance appraisal with senior management
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate having minimum 10 years experience and last few years at Senior HR level is desirable
Service Sector &/or IT companies experience is helpful since RSPC has technology consulting division.
Exposure to KEKA HRMS is an added advantage
