Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & execution: Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered according to plan in a timely manner.
- Design Coordination : End to end design coordination from conceptual stage to GFC with architects, MEP, structure and all other relevant consultants.
- Budgeting and Cost Management: Develop & manage detailed project budgets and ensure that during execution costs are controlled and within the budgets.
- Team Management: Develop, manage and groom a team of engineers for project execution.
- Risk Management:



Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Quality Control: Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards by implementing quality control processes and procedures.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations, including those of investors, customers, and regulatory authorities.
- Reporting and Compliance: Ensure that all necessary reports and documentation are submitted to stakeholders and regulatory authorities in a timely and accurate manner.
